Octagonal Orange Blossom Ring - Size 6.5

For those who appreciate intricately crafted details. This sterling silver, eight sided signet ring holds a ceramic orange blossom, encased in a thick 14k gold bezel. The shoulders were carved in panels, with delicate beading and bright cut hand engravings catching the light at each angle. The ring is structural, with a band that tapers to a half round shape ensuring a comfortable fit. 

The ceramics used in this collection come from railroad china. Back in the day, passenger trains used this dishware in their dining cars. These train cars allowed passengers a luxury dining experience while aboard their next destination. I found the orange blossoms as fragments while walking the railroad tracks, and shaped them into cabochons for this collection.
