Custom Orders

After receiving your completed form, I will review your proposal to determine if it aligns with my expertise, craftsmanship, and current production timeline. If accepted, you will receive an invoice for a non-refundable $100 consultation fee within five business days.

This fee allows me to gather additional information about your project — including, but not limited to, stone sourcing, design drafting, and any communication needed to align on vision and scope. Once we’ve finalized all project details, I will provide a quote.

Please note: at any point, this quote is subject to change if project requirements evolve after initial approval, or if there are increases in the cost of precious metals or other required materials.

Once the design is finalized and approved, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your place in my production queue. Your timeline will officially begin once this deposit is received.

While I do my best to stay on schedule, timeline estimates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. I recommend allowing extra time beyond your target date to ensure a smooth and stress-free process. If any delays arise, I will notify you promptly.

When your piece is complete, I will follow up via email with photos, along with an invoice for the remaining 50% balance. Final payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

A $250 service charge will be applied to any unpaid balance past the 30-day deadline. Additional service charges of the aforementioned amount will be incurred for each re-issued invoice at 45, 60, 75, and 90 days from the original invoice date.
