Meet Shannon
Shannon Michele is a jewelry designer, goldsmith, and engraver based on Washington's Olympic Peninsula, where the mountains meet the sea. For over a decade, she has been crafting small batch jewelry by hand. Most recently specializing in hand engraving with thoughtfully sourced gemstones.
Rooted in the visual language of American folk art, Shannon's jewelry reimagines familiar patterns through hand engraving. Drawing from antique quilts, embroidery, textiles, and architectural ornament, her work explores the intersection of modern design and heritage craft. Working primarily in 14k gold, she combines bold geometric engraving with carefully chosen gemstones to create modern heirlooms that honor the handwork of the past.
Shannon's training has taken her from Italy to Kansas, where she studied traditional goldsmithing, wax carving, and engraving techniques that continue to shape her work today.
