Shipping

Lead Times

Items that are listed as made to order will have a processing time of 4-6 weeks before delivery.

Items that are listed as ready to ship will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

If you're working with a time restraint and need your order expedited, please email shannonmichelejewelry@gmail.com for rush order pricing inquiries before purchase. 

Carrier & Insurance

Items Under $500 will be shipped through USPS. You may choose from Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express.  

Items Over $500 will be shipped through above mentioned carrier, for free with a required signature for delivery.

High value items will be shipped through Parcel Pro by UPS and will also require a signature for delivery.

Sizing

Before purchase, please ensure you are ordering jewelry in the right size. If you don't know your ring size, we recommend visiting a local jewelry shop to get sized. Otherwise you can purchase a ring finger sizer hereSome rings that include engravings or stamping on the band cannot be resized. Rings exempt of delicate stone settings can typically be resized for a reasonable rate.

Returns/Exchanges

We value customer satisfaction in this studio. If you receive a piece that you’re not happy with, we will make it right. Shannon Michele Jewelry will accept a return/exchange for store credit within 5 business days of delivery. Please contact hello@shannonmichelejewelry.com promptly with your order number and your request. The item must be mailed back to us within 7 days of recorded delivery. Jewelry must be in its original unworn condition.

For all returns/exchanges please ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging. We highly recommend insuring your package to the equivalence of your order value. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or damaged return/exchange packages. Once the jewelry is inspected you will receive a store credit that can be used on our website for one year.

Items not eligible for returns/exchanges: Custom orders, discounted products, international orders are all final sale.

Repairs

All jewelry is eligible for free repair within 30 days of purchase. Typical wear and tear repairs are decided upon a case to case basis and charged an hourly rate.
