Shipping & Delivery
- Domestic orders will have the choice of UPS ground or UPS 2nd day air. Items of higher value will be shipped with UPS Parcel Pro.
- All orders include a tracking number sent to your email and shipping insurance valued at the full dollar amount.
- International orders will be shipped UPS standard, unless otherwise noted.
- Ready to ship pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase.
- Made to order pieces include a production period and typically ship within 4–6 weeks of purchase.
- Custom orders follow a separate timeline. Please refer to the Custom Order Terms for details.
All packages over $1,000 will automatically have a signature required for delivery.

Yes. All shipments are fully insured for their full purchase value, offering peace of mind from my studio to your door.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or tariffs are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are collected upon delivery.
Custom & Engagement Pieces
Custom pieces begin with a submitted inquiry form, which I review to ensure the project aligns with my expertise and current production timeline. If accepted, you’ll receive an invoice for a non-refundable $100 consultation fee.
During the consultation period, we refine the design, discuss stone sourcing, and align on scope. Once details are finalized, you’ll receive a formal quote. A 50% deposit is then required to secure your place in my production schedule, at which point your timeline begins.
When your piece is complete, you’ll receive photographs of the finished design along with an invoice for the remaining balance.
Custom and engagement rings typically require 6-8 weeks from the start of production. Your timeline officially begins once the design is finalized and the required deposit has been received.
Because each piece is made by hand and often involves stone sourcing and detailed planning, timelines may vary slightly. I always recommend allowing additional time beyond your target date to ensure a smooth and stress free experience.

Because custom pieces are created specifically for you, they are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges
Yes. All custom order consultations include stone sourcing as part of the design process.
Heirloom stone resets are considered on a case by case basis, depending on the stone’s condition, suitability, and the scope of the design. If approved, a client-provided stone setting agreement and additional fee will apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Ready to ship pieces may be returned or exchanged for store credit within 7 business days of delivery, provided the jewelry is unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of recorded delivery. Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued and is valid for one year.
Please note that made to order items, custom orders, discounted pieces, and international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Jewelry Sizing
I always recommend visiting a local jeweler to have your finger professionally sized. Most shops offer this service at no charge and can help ensure the most accurate fit.
If visiting a jeweler isn’t possible, a ring sizer is a reliable alternative. These affordable tools can be used at home and help ensure a proper fit before ordering. Please email us for sizer recommendations.
In many cases, yes. Select ready to ship rings may be resized prior to shipment, depending on the design and size adjustment needed. Rings with engraving and stamping around the band are not eligible for resizing. Additional time will be required before your order is dispatched.
Resizing after delivery may also be possible, depending on the design, metal, and stone setting. Please note that not all rings can be resized, and fees and turnaround times may apply.

Jewelry Care
Each piece is designed for longevity, and thoughtful care helps preserve its beauty and craftsmanship over time. I recommend removing your pieces before activities that may expose them to impact, chemicals, or excessive moisture. When needed, clean with a soft cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly.

My jewelry is designed for life’s many moments. Made to be worn every day and carried into special occasions alike. Crafted in durable fine metals such as 14k gold and sterling silver, each piece is created with longevity in mind.
As with all fine jewelry, I recommend removing pieces during activities that may involve significant impact or harsh chemicals, helping preserve gemstones, engraved details, and finishes over time.
Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place. Ideally in individual pouches or compartments to prevent scratching and contact between pieces. Sterling silver may naturally develop a patina over time. Keeping it stored airtight when not in use can help slow this process.
Repairs
All jewelry is eligible for complimentary repairs within 30 days of purchase. Beyond this period, repairs related to normal wear are assessed on a case by case basis and billed at an hourly rate.
