The china fragments were quite literally rescued by me from the rocks by the railroad tracks, so you might catch some playful scuff marks shining through at certain light. My theory is that whenever a plate or cup would break, the railroad worker would simply toss it out the window of the moving train. Rest assured, these quirks don’t affect how sturdy or wearable this piece is. They are beauty marks that serve as a testament to its unique story and the long journey it took to get to you!
