Lead Times

• Ready to ship pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase.
• Made to order pieces include a production period and typically ship within 4–6 weeks of purchase.
• Custom orders follow a separate timeline. Please refer to the Custom Order Terms for details.

Carrier

• Domestic orders will have the choice of UPS ground or UPS 2nd day air. Orders of $5k or more will be shipped with UPS Parcel Pro.
• International orders will be shipped UPS standard, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Insurance

• All orders include shipping insurance valued at the full dollar amount.

Signature for Delivery

• All packages over $1,000 will automatically have a signature required for delivery.
• If you would like to add a signature to your order, please leave a note at checkout or email hello@shannonmichelejewelry.com

Taxes, Duty Fees, & Tariffs

• Any applicable duties, taxes, or tariffs are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are collected upon delivery.
