When to Remove Your Jewelry

Your jewelry is designed for everyday life, with a few moments best reserved for removal:

• During heavy lifting, manual labor, or high impact activities
• When swimming or bathing, particularly in salt water, chlorinated pools or hot tubs, hot springs, etc.
  
• While using household or industrial cleaning products
  

Removing your jewelry during these moments helps prevent accidental damage to both metal and stones.

Jewelry Repairs and Cleaning

If your jewelry ever needs attention, I’m always happy to help.

• All jewelry is eligible for complimentary repairs within 30 days of purchase. Beyond this period, repairs related to normal wear are assessed on a case by case basis and billed at an hourly rate.
  
• I offer complimentary cleanings on all Shannon Michele pieces (client will be invoiced for the shipping costs)
