Exchange Policy

If you receive a piece of jewelry that you’re not satisfied with, Shannon Michele Jewelry offers exchanges for store credit only within 7 business days of delivery on eligible items.

To initiate an exchange, please contact hello@shannonmichelejewelry.com promptly with your order number and request. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of recorded delivery and returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Made to order items, custom jewelry, discounted items, and international orders are not eligible for exchange.

For all exchanges, please ensure the jewelry is securely packed within its original branded jewelry box. Insuring return shipments for the full purchase value is highly recommended. The studio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your item has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued and is valid for one year.
